We help project developers, operators and logistics operators to de-risk and cost-optimize downstream CCS logistics.
Front Carbon started in 2025 to help industrial clients with the logistics of shipping captured CO₂. We work with operators exploring CO₂ capture, and with those already committed who want an independent second opinion. The aim is straightforward: to help make carbon capture workable for everyone who needs it.
We have carried out optimised logistics studies for large industrial stakeholders, mapping the value chain from end to end. Our tools show where the bottlenecks are and weigh the options, direct transport against hub-based solutions, so clients see an accurate picture of what their chain can actually do.
Bachelor in Shipping and Logistics from the University of South-Eastern Norway. Working on LCO₂ carrier operations since 2021, across technical and commercial management.
Front Carbon brings experience from ship management, logistics and project delivery. We support decisions that balance technical, operational and commercial considerations across the CCS value chain.
We do not own assets in the chains we advise on. Our recommendations are unbiased, built on analysis rather than commercial positioning, and aligned only with the interests of the client we serve.
Our team has hands-on experience operating ships, building maritime logistics and delivering projects. We translate operational reality into early-phase decisions that hold up under execution.
We work across the CCS chain, with emitters, transport operators, terminal and storage developers, using one consistent framework so the conversations between parties stay grounded in the same logic.
We support projects from early development through FID and into operation. Our methodology matures with the project, so analyses remain traceable from screening through execution.
Both rest on the same structured view of the CO₂ value chain. One is an advisory platform; one is a data product.
The decision-support platform for downstream CCS logistics. Sources, routes, hubs, terminals, assets and storage interfaces in one connected system, behind every engagement we deliver.
